A Rose with an elegant salmon color. On the nose, it has subtle floral notes with delicate aromas of dried fruit. On the palate, its freshness and juicy acidity combine perfectly with flavors of currants and strawberries. It is a wine of great structure and balance that can be drunk either alone or with food due to its pleasant tension on the palate.
A great match with smoked salmon, spicy Asian food, grilled poultry, or hard cheeses.

Blend: 60% Malbec, 40% Pinot Noir
