A Scotch whisky with both fruity and spicy notes, offering a very smooth taste experience.
This Scotch whisky, from the Speyside region, is made with unmalted barley and starch-rich wheat. Always concerned about the quality of their products, Maison Glas has requested to add 10% malted barley for this whisky.After distillation, this whisky is aged in 180L hard grain bourbon casks for 3 years. Thereafter, Maison Glas continues the ageing process in South-Western casks, previously used for the production of Armagnac. These are 420L "roux" barrels chosen to finalize their maturation.
