Talisker distillery
The Talisker distillery has brought you a superb limited edition, Parley Wilder Seas whisky! This is the first whisky of the house to have been finished in French oak casks containing XO Cognac.
This new edition, offered in a 100% recycled glass bottle produced from green energy, remains true to Talisker's commitment to the preservation of the environment. Moreover, for each bottle produced, a donation is made to the preservation of the seas. Even the label is eco-responsible, as it is made from sugar cane and linen.
A whisky true to the distillery, with its delicate peat and spicy notes.
Tasting notes
Nose: sweet, with dried fruits, dates and dried figs. Slight saline notes remind the marine DNA of the distillery.
Palate: a soft attack on black pepper, sultanas, cooked apple and figs. Then, lively fruity notes appear, with lime in particular, as well as a salty and smoky touch.
Finish: long, slightly smoky, with a maritime feel.
