An original and 100% organic champagne to discover
- In 2016, the P181 cuvee was born, the result of an inspired audacity. This organic champagne comes from 9 hectares of Maison vineyards cultivated in Organic Agriculture and certified by the organization ECOCERT. Out of these 9 hectares, 7 hectares come directly from "Parcelle P181", located in the commune of Verneuil.
- Blend : 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier
- Terroirs : Verneuil, Moussy, Villenauxe, Villedommange, Montgueux, Villers
- Marmery, Pierry, Epernay
- Sugar content (in g/l) : less than 4
- Reserve wines : 30% of the total
- Ageing in the cellar : 3 years
- First fermentation of Chardonnay in oak barrels
- Certified vegan
