- Description
Primary characters are peach, nectarine, grapefruit peel, and fig, layered with secondary savoury notes from yeast autolysis and a touch of hazelnut and cashew overtones on the finish. The palate has a natural creamy fullness and acidity, with integrated French oak highlighting the fruit. The finish is very, very long.
