- Drappier offers here a ros champagne without dosage and with a very low sulfur content. Zero dosage means that the wine has not received any expedition liquor.
- This brut nature ros is vinified as a bleeding ros, that is to say that it is obtained by letting macerate briefly (a few hours) the musts with the skin of the grapes, which gives it its color.
- The elaboration of by maceration of the black pinot is rare in Champagne.
