This box includes :The oil 01 character: The aromas are intense and recall scents of almonds and prunes. The quality of this olive oil is found in its low bitterness with an acidity level around 0.32%.
The oil 02 balance: The aromas navigate between the green fruity and the ripe fruity. Vegetal notes of hay and artichoke give an exquisite sweetness to the oil.
L'huile 03 douceur : In the mouth, it offers an incredible aromatic richness where a dominant floral and candied fruit notes escape.
