The chilli purees are prepared from fresh chilli (produced in Holland) which is blended and heated in the Hellicious workshops in Alsace, with a touch of French vinegar for preservation. The aromas of the spicy fruits are preserved to the maximum to allow you to discover their true taste and the level of intensity of each variety of chilli.
All natural and no artificial additives, not even salt, so that you can fully enjoy the raw and natural flavours of each pepper.
In this assortment you will find six 50ml bottles of the following chilli purees:Jalapeno: fresh, lemony, medium hot pepper
Cayenne pepper: medium/strong pepper, perfect for salsa sauces
Habanero pepper: a classic Caribbean pepper, hot
