The first week of September, which was rather dry, managed to moderate the situation and bring the ripeness that the grapes were lacking. Harvesting began on 8 September in the same cool, dry climate.A blend of 44% Chardonnay, the house's signature grape variety, 44% Pinot Noir and 12% Meunier, the 2015 vintage stands out for its aromatic complexity underlined by its dynamism and smoothness.
