Crafted in Marlborough, New Zealand, this wine is 100% wild fermented by micro-flora that occur naturally in the vineyard. The result is a well-rounded, textural wine with rich, complex flavours. Pairs well with Brie or Camembert or as part of a platter with olives and spiced nuts.
