The family has been producing champagne since 1895. They do this in Mareuil
- Aÿ (just a few kilometers from the town of Epernay). The third generation is currently continuing the tradition and Michelle and Laurent are providing excellent champagnes. The champagnes that come from Bernard
- Pitois are all made in a sustainable way.
- The vineyard is classified as Premier Cru and has 9.5 hectares spread over 6 different villages. Supported by vines that are on average 25 years old, grapes show the best of the potential of the plots and varieties.
