Bernard and Alexandre Moreau own and manage a 9 ha domain in the famous Chassagne-Montrachet with a total of eleven wines (eight white and three red). The vinification here is classic, all wines are aged in oak casks. Clearing and filtering is done as little as possible. Elegance and refinement are of paramount importance here. Moreau's wines have progressed so much in quality in recent years that they are now counted among the top of the famous village of Chassagne-Montrachet. 

Moreau doesn't have many secrets about that progression. His friendship with Michel Colin-Deléger, one of the absolute stars there, and the accession of his son Alexandre contributed greatly to the improvement of quality. Moreau's wines have received excellent reviews in La Revue du Vin de France and The Vine (Clive Coates).
