This balsamic condiment is obtained from a mixture of organic white grape must and organic white wine vinegar. The liquid is matured in oak barrels, which give it its colour, ranging from golden yellow to a caramel-like colour.
Discover its fruity flavour with a hint of acidity and enjoy the fact that it does little or nothing to alter the colour of your food, unlike traditional balsamic.
