- Grape varieties and winemaking
- This ros is a blend of Grenache (5%), Cinsault (25%), Mourvdre (65%) and Carignan (5%), grown on clay
- limestone soil. The harvest is done manually and mechanically. The vinification is done at low temperature, after clarification, blending and making the cuve.
- Tasting notes
- Robe : Light ruby
- Nose: fruity, aromatic, with hints of small red fruits such as strawberries.
- Palate: aromatic, fine, elegant, with a nice freshness.
- Food and wine pairing
- Serve this ros with anchovy, aioli, veal blanquette, pasta with pistou or candied vegetables.
