Translucent golden color. It opens on the nose with expressive flavors of dehydrated apricot, candied citrus peel and honey, accompanied by notes of sweet spices and iodized memories. The taste expresses a sweetness that contrasts with an acid and mineral vein and together they merge into an academic balance. Really persistent and almond finish. Aging 6 months in Allier and Troncaise barrels.
