- Description
Here is an area at the top of the Montlouis appellation which makes a group shot with all its cuves. Wine broker more than twenty years ago, Jacky Blot took over the vines in Montlouis and undertook different vinifications by constantly innovating. With fermentation in barrels and aging in barrels, he breathed new life into the appellation by creating La Taille aux Loups.
