This rum is produced in solera in the highlands of Guatemala, where it benefits from a very special climate and soil. It is a blend of different rums aged between 6 and 25 years in limited production, aged in 3 different types of barrel (first bourbon, then sherry and finally cognac). This 'sistema solera' ageing gives it incomparable complexity, length and structure.
