Weingut Zull is a boutique, family-run estate in Austria's Weinviertel region. The Zull family farm their compact 18 hectares of vineyards sustainably and produce lovely wines such as this one. Crisp and aromatic, its packed with fresh apple and citrus aromas. The delightful fruitiness and fresh acidity mean it pairs beautifully with salads and light appetisers – and it works well as an aperitif too.
