Third generation winemaker Antoine Olivier teams his love for the soil and the environment with a lively sense of humour. This Santenay’s name is a French pun on the words ‘cerise’, meaning ‘cherry’ and 'crise' meaning ‘crisis’. There is no crisis when it come to the wine, however – it’s a lively red with fragrant floral and cherry notes with and a touch of cedar from barrel ageing.
