- facing with soils of flint and limestone so it’s an ideal spot for growing Sauvignon Blanc. This Sancerre is crisp and refreshing with citrusy lemon notes and a hint of minerality that’s typical of the region. It’s a great one to pair with seafood (oysters, in particular) or Asian dishes.
