Grande Sendrée 2010 is the Cuvée de Prestige of DRAPPIER. This rare champagne offers us the most beautiful expression of a terroir and a great vintage. The Grande Sendrée cuvée takes its name from a parcel of land covered in cinders (cendrée) after the fire which ravaged Urvil le in 1838.
- This is a wonderful champagne made only the great years ! Made from very old vines of a small plot (55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay) this prestigious champagne surprises by its great fineness and powerful aromas.
- The nice bottle is a reproduction of a 13th century bottle discovered in the Urville cellars.
- Grande Sendrée 2010from DRAPPIER is produced in very limited quantities. The oldest vines from the best parcels are harvested with particular care.
- It's the ideal partner from the aperitif to the meal with crayfish in a grapefruit sauce a scallop carpaccio or even a poultry with truffles.
