A stunning Sauvignon Blanc made in Canterbury New Zealand also a sibling of the gorgeous Maui. Both wines are part of the Tiki Wines and Vineyards portfolio.
- Waiata takes it's name from the Maori word song and in this instance it refers to a song of celebration
- Dazzling and delicate this is bursting with flavour and refreshing acidity. A classic cold climate Sauvignon with gooseberry green fruit and herbaceous notes along with lovely minerality and a nice zippy finish. The ripe full flavours and tight structure of the palate reflect the attributes of the upper Wairau Valley vineyards.
