Winemaker Notes
- Our most Mediterranean variety very mature fruit dense and silky in the mouth. The Highest expression of Bobal.
- We are proud of the essence of our products while we are looking for their excellence. Our promise is to introduce organic wines that provide the maximum value and the minimum environmental impact. We trust in a better way therefore we thank you for your trust.
- Tasting Note
- Bright red cherry color very clean with medium to high intensity. Very expressive in nose with well
- marked ripe fruit typical of the variety where red and black fruits are highlighted combining spicy hints from the barrel. Showing great complexity. Alive round fleshy and balsamic in mouth with sweet tannins showing a strong and persistent character. Well balanced acidity. Sweet final with noble sensation that produces a feeling of great harmony. Persistent. In perfect coherence confirming in the retro
- olfaction phase of spicy nuances and ripe fruit.
