Brilliant ruby on the face, with an impressive bouquet of aromas reminiscent of black forest fruits and violets, ripe red berries, combined with spices and hints of blackcurrant. Full and layered to the touch, with layers of ripe red and black fruits, ground spices and warm spices. Nice acidity that enlivens the whole and gives it a wonderful freshness, combined with a silky texture that impresses. Fine and velvety tannins with delightful oak notes on the finish framed by an aftertaste of freshly ground coffee notes.
