Mellow Corn is one of the last three corn whiskeys still available on the American market.
Produced mainly in Kentucky, this whisky is often described as "Moonshine" which is a moonshine.
Corn whiskey is made from a minimum of 80% corn. It also differs from bourbon with a more flexible regulation that does not require a minimum of aging in oak barrels before bottling.
Color: golden
Nose: ample, it is marked by the vanilla and wood varnish. It bursts with herbaceous and floral notes.
Mouth: fat and corpulent. It supports the aromas of the nose and develops on more fruity notes of apple with caramel.
Finish: fruity with vanilla and burnt caramel.
