The rum Glas de Panama 18 years is a rum elaborated in Panama from the double maturation. The result of a close collaboration with the Distillery Varela Hermanos SA, creator of the first sugar mill in Panama in 1908, this molasses rum is distilled in stills with large columns, which give a brandy of a rare purity and nobility. Its first aging is done in bourbon barrels, which brings mellowness and vanilla aromas.Being an aged rum, its aromas are much more noticeable. This allows this rum to be soft in the mouth while having a powerful taste.
