Its distinctive feature is its maturation in second-ripened Oloroso sherry casks, which releases sweet grape aromas that perfectly complement Dalwhinnie's signature peat and heather honey.

Color: light amber
Nose: the matte and honeyed side is somewhat masked by fresher notes of sherry. We find peat with notes of heather. Spicy but also raisiny
Palate: Very present spicy aromas followed by a very distinct accumulation of malt. The richness of the grape appears later.
A dry finish with lots of oak and a nice vanilla presence.
