This Scotch whisky, from the Speyside region, is made with unmalted barley and starch-rich wheat. Always concerned about the quality of their products, Maison Glas has requested to add 10% malted barley for this whisky.After distillation, this whisky is aged in 180L hard grain bourbon casks for 3 years. Thereafter, Maison Glas continues the aging in Maury barrels of the Pouderoux family whose vines were planted in 1901. The long aging of Maury brings oxidative aromas that blend harmoniously with the grain brandy.
