Aberlour Distillery
This white oak single malt was born in the Speyside region of Scotland. It is typical of the Aberlour distillery because of its double maturation in sherry and bourbon casks, which gives the whisky roundness and elegance.
It preserves all its flavours and aromas thanks to a bottling without cold filtration.
A slight haze, characteristic of non-chill filtration, may appear with the addition of water.
Tasting notes :
Colour: Amber with light golden and copper highlights.
Nose: A round and soft nose with notes of red apples.
Palate: Very greedy, marked by the intensity of the cherry and aromas of cocoa, toffee and cinnamon.
Finish: Intense, warm and sweet, with slight hints of spice.
