Unique blend of historic whiskey styles, 70% single malt (malted barley) and 30% single pot still (50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley), both distilled three times in a copper pot still then aged in bourbon barrels.
Tasting notes
Color: a pretty old gold color.
Nose: the nose opens on spices with black pepper then notes of juicy peach.
Mouth: the attack is distinguished by its liveliness marked by spices before aromas of dark chocolate take over and mingle with woody notes of oak and bourbon.
Finale: In the final, we always find this woody dimension which stretches out then takes on a gourmet appearance with notes of salted butter caramel.
