At The Finer Cookie, we’ve twisted tradition to create a Strawberry Shortcake Cookie – one that’s soft, creamy, and strawberry filled, like its counterpart. Lots of whole dried strawberries stay chewy and flavourful, bite-after-bite. This is such an enjoyable cookie.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, dried strawberries, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, orange juice, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda.
Each Strawberry Shortcake Cookie is approximately 2.25 inches in diameter.
