Choco Chip Banana Pan Cake
It is very easy to make at home by using banana. For this you need below Ingredients.
- 1 cup all purpose flour,
- 2 tea spoon baking soda,
- ¼ teaspoon salt,
- 3/4 cup milk,
- 3 tbsp butter melted,
- 1 tbsp white sugar,
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract,
- 1 raw banana sliced in small pieces,
- ½ cup Chocó chips,
- ¼ cup chopped pecans,
- 2 eggs,
- Cooking oil as per required.
- Now your time starts for cooking if you have all ingredients in the kitchen. First and foremost thing take one bowl and first get in the all purpose flour then milk and butter and sugar. Mix it well with spatula.
- Now slowly add vanilla extract, sliced banana and lastly chopped pecans, 2 eggs and Chocó chips. Do not stir it more; just slowly stir it until it gets mixed properly. Now hit the pan in the high to medium flame of gas. Now first sprinkle oil and slowly spread pancake in the round shape.
- Cook on one side until the bubbles appear. Now flip it gently on the other side. Cook it well until it doesn’t catch brownie surface.
