How are they made?
Before using balloons people hardly look into the facts behind the making of them. The utility that balloon serves to people is so high which no other good other than flower can match up. Balloons are made from the latex that is collected from rubber trees. This latex is collected from rubber trees during the late afternoon time and while it is being secreted it is often termed as sap. This sap is stored in containers and to make balloons out of it several things are added such as curing agents that help in changing the materials elasticity.

Where are they made?
Balloon is made in factories where rubber goods are manufactured. The main source of the latex from which balloons are made is from Malaysia and Africa. These two countries have high volumes of rubber trees in their forests and it is also their principal sources of revenue. Some of them are made in the same countries, but some are exported to other countries where there are transformed into balloons.

How are they packaged?
The stage of packaging and printing are interlinked. One can either pack the balloon first or can print it first and then pack it. All this is dependent on the type of look that you want the balloon to have. In case of balloons that have in them logos or prints they first go through the stages of printing and then they are packed. For this they are firstly inflated and then patterns are drawn in them after which they are sent for packaging through conveyor belts.

Balloon manufacturing is done under the eyes of many associations made forth by the countries manufacturing them. The associations look for environmental security, proper waste disposal by the companies and also look at the further processing of the byproducts.

It is very crucial to maintain manufacturer’s directory so that not everyone gets the right to manufacture balloons. This is done to prevent any harm to the environment. Unregistered manufacturers might not use proper manufacturing standards, thus control must be maintained on who is manufacturing.
