Delivery Policy
- Due to special packaging and their delicate nature, all the flowers and gifts are packaged by trained florists.
- All grower direct products are delivered using Next Day Shipping Service.
- We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
- FedEx®, UPS® or DHL® may leave the package at the door if no person is present to take delivery and a signature is not required in such cases.
- For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. Gifts to recipients in hospitals will be delivered as per the hospital’s policies.
- We may not be able to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. But we will try our best to deliver at the nearest possible time.
- If your order needs to be delivered to a remote place, this may involve an additional delivery charge, please contact customer service for details.
- We are not responsible for wrong addresses and contact information. No refund will be made in such cases.
- Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 3 days in advance.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary for timely delivery of your arrangement or gifts. Many flowers are seasonally available and this sometimes may vary depending on location. But you will never be disappointed because we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We make all possible efforts to ensure that the delivered gifts are as close as possible to the products ordered by you and you are satisfied with the purchase.
Unless notified Send Flowers and More reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types, gifts and containers.
Flowers
- While arranging assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used as far as possible, even if it means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
- If you order, one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all daffodils or all red roses, we will make all possible efforts to match the flower type, but in certain cases, we may substitute with another color.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, we will use a similar one of equal or greater value.
Plants
- If you order green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
- If you order, one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, all possible efforts will be made to match the plant type but in certain cases, we may substitute with another color.
- Sometimes, the plant container shown online may not be available. In such cases, we will use a similar one of equal or greater value.
