- How to book order to send flowers?
Ordering flowers, flowering plants, plants, gift baskets and balloon
bouquets with Send Flowers and More is easy. You can either place an order online using secure shopping
cart or give us a call toll free call at 888-418-0401 and our customer
service associate will be happy to assist you with placing an order.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from “Send
Flowers” confirming your order. This will have all the
details along with an order number and a link to your order details
to know the delivery status online.
Upon delivery, our team will update the delivery status online and will also
send you a delivery confirmation (typically a day after the delivery is made).
- What is the delivery cost? - The delivery cost is provided in the delivery date selection drop down on arrangement's details page, as the delivery cost can vary based on the delivery date.
- Can I give preferences on gifts/flowers order? -Yes, the comments box in the order form should be used to notify your preferences.
- Can I send a greeting text with the flowers? - You can send your greeting text along with the order. Insert your greetings in the card message area and do not forget to provide signed by name.
- What payment types can i use to buy flowers? All major credit cards - VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express can be used as payments option to buy flowers online or over the phone.
- Can I cancel my delivery? - Yes, your order can be cancelled or changed any time before 24 hours of the delivery date.
